Warming Sunday lunner(lunch and dinner)

   So today’s dinners consists of frying lamb mince, adding red pepper, onion, garlic and aubergine and some green beans. Then add a spoonful of chutney, some gravy, coriander and some black eyed beans. A splash of Worcester sauce and lots of creamy mash on top. Bake till golden. Perfect for a lazy Sunday afternoon….

Bonfire night!

Bonfire night, lots of clearing in the garden so what better than jackets potatoes with loads of butter and grated cheese, ham and maybe a fried egg too.  I bought some purple sprouting broccoli too, that would be the healthy option. And a large glass of Sauvignon blanc-it’s Friday after all.  Happy weekend everyone xxx…

Prawn and salmon wraps

Red pepper, onion, garlic and aubergine with black eyed beans, chilli and olive oil, all roasted till golden. Salmon and prawns seared on both sides. Guacamole made with avocado, sour cream, lime juice and seasoning. Salad leaves with coriander and spring onion tops. All served in a large wrap!

Lazy friday
