What a lovely day with lots of sunshine. I started the day with the baked oats that I made yesterday. I lightly fried it to make it crispy underneath, then added sliced apple and figs and a spoonful of yoghurt. It was tasty but to me it felt a little more like a dessert rather than breakfast.
